Quick review only on this place.

Coffee by Coffex is normally a warning sign, however, this was the only place willing to serve coffee only late in the afternoon.

A flat white was watery, bitter and tasted underdosed and overextracted. A hot chocolate (which was served in a mammoth glass) was equally flavourless.

Not great value for money, with the flat white being $4 (a bit rich for a place that doesn't specialise in coffee) while the hot chocolate was $4.50.

The staff were excellent, however, and they serve a range of food from snacks to hot meals.

We have never walked out of a restaurant before but this was the first time. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My husband wanted to take me to this (so called) restuarant as he had been there before and the food was nice. We ordered a trio of dips, a salad each and a coup of Long Island Iced Teas. It took them nearly 20 minutes to even take our order even though they took the orders of those who came in after us and there were waitresses everywhere who ignored our beckoning. The dips arrived without any cutlery and again any requests were ignored. We ended up shoveling the dips with breadsticks! 25 minutes later our drinks arrived and the waitress went around the whole room even though there were table numbers and we again beckoned. Our mains came ten minutes later and we had to ask for cutlery which again we had our requests ignored. Ended up leaving and paying for our entree but after an hour of being basically ignored we had had enough. The other reviews of this place on the internet confirm that many people have walked out in disgust and whilst we were there there were people who had waited 30 mins to order. When we did ask for things we were treated as though we were idiots. Shame because I would have recommended this place for the views and food but now I will never go back their again. The staff of the place need a swift lesson in customer service. I have never as I said publically slammed anyone but this was really dissapointing.
