It can polarise opinion - I'm at the pole labelled 'the best'.
The coffee really is amazing and their baristas really know their stuff and can apply different kinds of brewing techniques - I got a real education. The staff can be flakey and stupid and one did make assumptions about a friend of mine and proceeded to berate her based upon it! While this is unacceptable, she still goes for coffee there because it is that good and the know how to make it.
