Best coffee in Richmond

Espresso3121 is the old Volley (http://wherespresso.com/cafe/volley-richmond-melbourne-victoria-australia/). Volley was a standard cafe, but Eamon has made it more open, but installing a bar along about 3/4 of the width of the cafe. There is a long trestle table behind the counter so you can watch the goings on. The cafe has a garage-y feel with mechanics lights hanging down from the ceiling, but now it has a lot more light. Volley was good, and I didn't like Espresso3121 at first but now I like it. I wonder if Eamon is annoyed when I sneak up behind him and start talking to him whilst he's working or asking to pour my own coffee. Anyway, the coffee is the same, excellent coffee, so nothing's changed there.
